First-time home buyer programs in Manitoba

Manitoba charges land transfer tax but does not offer a universal first-time buyer rebate. The main provincial supports are narrow: the Affordable Homes Program for purchases from Manitoba Housing, and targeted programs for Red River Métis citizens.
