For the July 2025 to June 2026 benefit year, the Canada Child Benefit maximums are:

$7,997 per year ($666.41/month) per child under 6
$6,748 per year ($562.33/month) per child aged 6 to 17
Full maximum if adjusted family net income (AFNI) is below $37,487
Indexation applied every July 1; new amounts for July 2026-June 2027 will be set in mid-2026 based on 2025 returns

EI Maximum Weekly Benefit and Premium Rates 2026: Employee, Employer, and Quebec Rules The 2026 maximum weekly EI benefit is $729 (up from $695 in 2025), based on 55% of the new $68,900 Maximum Insurable Earnings. Employee EI premium rates: 1.63% outside Quebec ($1,123.07 max), 1.30% Quebec ($895.70 max). Employer premium rates: 2.28% outside Quebec ($1,572.30 max), 1.82% Quebec ($1,253.98 max).
